The Amber is carbonic macerated Pinot Gris, textural, and fresh. This native fermented wine is unfined and unfiltered. Rich flavours of pear and stewed apple with a hint of cooking spices. White wine meets red wine, this has the best of both worlds, textural yet bright and fresh.
