Collection & Deliveries

You can place an order online to collect from our shop at 146 Columbia Road London E2 7RG. We are open Monday to Saturday 8am to 7pm, Sunday 8am to 6pm.

Online orders are usually ready for collection within 24 hours.

Christmas delivery cut off time: 

For UK Christmas delivery order before midnight on Thursday 19th of December. Orders will be shipped on Friday the 20th via Packfleet, UPS or DPD. 

For US Christmas deliveries order before midnight 13th of December. 

 

UK-wide shipment 

Free delivery for orders over £80.

£8 Standard UK-wide shipment: Our deliveries are sent using Packfleet, DPD, UPS, Parcel Force services.

* Delivering Knifes (including cutlery knives)

Adult signature will be required and a photo ID will be requested at point of delivery.

For delivery outside of the United Kingdom, you may be subject to import duties and taxes which are levied once the package reaches to your country. Any additional charges for customs clearance must be borne by you; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be.
