Region: Dambach-La-Ville, Alsace, France
Riesling, Gewurtztraminer and Pinot Noir grapes were harvested by hand. Fermentation with indigenous yeast in stainless steel. The wine was bottled before fermentation was complete in order to trap fizz inside (ancestral winemaking - pet nat).
This is natural sparkling wine which displays a hazy pink colour in the glass. Amazing mineral aromas on the nose with crunchy and candied red fruit on the palate. Very pure and refreshing.
No fining, filtration or added sulphur.
