 This award winning rainbow trout is gently smoked over oak and preserved in a quality, extra virgin olive oil. This superb fish is delicious with eggs for breakfast or with crackers, cream cheese & pickles. 

All Sea Sisters Conservas are hand made in small batches & lovingly packed in Dorset.

The Marine Conservation Society (MCS) promote trout as a sustainable alternative to salmon and rate it as a one of the ‘best choices’.
