KAÏA Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 50CL



KAÏA is a high-quality organic and single-origin extra virgin olive oil proudly produced in Tunisia. It is made from 100% heirloom Chemlali olives carefully handpicked on our fifth-generation family estate.

Harvested in November when the olives change colour from green to purple, KAÏA is high in polyphenols with a low acidity level. 

This harvest is characterised by a balanced flavour, with notes of green almond, nuts, ripe tomatoes with a subtle peppery finish and not bitterness. 

Producer Sarah Ben Romdane supervises the whole process: picking, grading, cold-pressing, bottling and distributing. The result: a lovingly-made and totally traceable olive oil with subtle variations in flavour every year, reflecting its seasonal nature.
