A rich, deeply flavoured BBQ rub made with freshly ground coffee, a mix of smoked chillies, and coconut sugar. A perfect blend of sweetness, rich aromatics and heat. Rub generously on meat or veg for a smokey and sweet flavour. Perfect for steaks, but even better on low-and-slow cuts: ribs, brisket and other slow roasting joints. Great on mushrooms and tofu too. For best results leave to marinade for at least 2 hours, overnight if you’re good at planning ahead. Contains sea salt, so no need to salt your dish before using.
