A limited batch of new season, early harvest Extra Virgin Olive Oil made with 100% Koroneiki olives from Zakros, Crete.

Made exclusively from cold-pressing Koroneiki olives. Using regenerative farming practises and no chemicals or pesticides.

While every batch is connected by the land it's grown on, the variety of olive and the location of the fields, each is unique depending on the year it's grown and pressed.

Tasting Notes: A light & fruity olive oil with a peppery finish. Perfect for dipping, dressing and drizzling.
