The blend of Grenache, Zinfandel, and Cabernet is driven primarily by Grenache from the Abba vineyard in the Jahant AVA of Lodi. It’s a juicy and vibrant light red. Buy a case and drink it slightly chilled. Open it for no other reason than “it’s Tuesday.” It is a core Maître De Chai belief that wine is a condiment on the nightly dinner table, and this wine is the perfect embodiment of that ethos.
