Winemaking: Biodynamic Malbec grapes were harvested by hand and fermented with indigenous yeast after a short maceration period. Aged in concrete. No fining, filtration or added sulphur. 

This Wine:  A natural red wine that is all about fresh fruit. The short extraction keeps makes this an easy-drinking but characterful wine that is clean and pure. Good with or without food and a real crowd pleaser.

Notes on the Winemaker: Laurent & Nathalie Marre farm 6 hectares of Malbec and Merlot vines in the Cahors region of South West France. Laurent previously worked as a sommelier in Paris before embarking on this winemaking adventure.
