A medium Koroneiki well-balanced extra virgin olive oil; Intensely herbaceous with an appealing mix of fresh and fruity aromas, grated apples skins, some mixed greenery and a touch of citrus. 

Strong flavours in the mouth with herbs & bitter green leaves, including rocket and watercress, grated root vegetables and shredded spring greens. peppery notes & medium bitterness that fade gradually to leave a good leafy after taste with green bananas, nuts and young stalks.

The oil is extracted cold within hours of the olives being harvested so as to ensure that it retains it's rich aroma and high nutrient value. High in monounsaturated fats, an indispensable part of the Mediterranean diet.
