Meet the Makers

This month we’re featuring Jihyun ‘Kimmy’ Kim, founder of Kimchi & Radish, whose kimchi has been a favourite in the shop for some time.


Rooted in tradition her kimchi is something to keep in the fridge and return to often - from quick lunches to more comforting dishes.


Her new book brings together classic recipes alongside simple, contemporary ways to cook with kimchi at home.
