Lemon Drop Chillies are used for this unique chilli jam. They're a fresh and fiery chilli that has a lemony flavour. The chillies are sourced direct from the grower, and then hand prep in the jam factory before combining with apple cider vinegar and sugar to make this super hot chilli jam.
