Unfiltered, Unblended, Cold Pressed Extra Virgin Olive Oil, Honest Toil, 500ml Bottle

Cold-pressed extra virgin olive oil straight from the November 2025 harvest, incredibly vibrant, green and alive. Ridiculously fresh, cold-pressed within hours of picking. 

Expect a bright, grassy oil with a peppery bite and real punch of fresh-cut grass. This early-harvest agourelleo is picked while their koroneiki olives are still firm and green, producing exceptionally low acidity (under 0.3%). Polyphenol count is 432 mg/kg.

Bottled in our new light-protecting dark bottles, finished with a convenient pourer and artwork by Dóra Berczi.

Pop the pourer out, rinse with warm water and soap, and reuse the bottle.

Harvest date is always printed alongside Best Before date on the label :)
