Inspired by life and food from the Southern Hemisphere, this full-flavoured chilli jam is jammin’ with good heat and plenty of character. Scotch Bonnets are amazing chillies, and we think we’ve done them proud with this creation.
Prickly Pineapple will give you that little extra heat, he’s great with a cooked breakfast, alongside an Indian meal and even a Scottish haggis neaps and tatties.
