What this honey is all about

This honey is predominantly from oil seed rape flowers but there will no doubt be a mix of natural local flowers in there too. It naturally granulates quickly so The Honey Project carefully control the granulation process to make it smooth, maintaining the same nutritional benefits as raw honey.  It’s light, creamy and floral and since our bees forage as they please each batch tastes slightly different, just as it should.
