The perfect 'gateway' orange wine. Part fermented on its skins for 14 days, this old-vine Xarel-lo/ Parellada blend then spent 8 months in clay amphoras as well as steel tanks. It's very light in colour, low alcohol, crisp and fresh yet so soft and drinkable. Lovely fruity aromatic with a slight saline component. Perfect on its own or with a variety of foods.
Made by Maria & Pep, a couple who started from scratch in 2012 after taking over some old vineyards, and have slowly built this project into the successful and experimental winery it is today.
