From Sunday, Pinot Gris Skins, 750ml

From Sunday’s ‘Skins’ is a beautiful Pinot Gris made from grapes in their high altitude vineyard in Orange. Because they ferment the grapes in contact with the skins this looks like a red wine when served but is well and truly made using white wine grapes. Serve this wine slightly chilled and enjoy its seductive strawberry notes.
