Palate: Ripe cherry, bright and light finish

This is a lighter style French red made with Gamay grapes - same as Beaujolais - but Loire examples tend to have a bit more fruit and structure. Juicy with bright red fruits, light and moreish.

Goes well with: charcuterie, cheese, rich fish and light chicken dishes
