Cornish Hake with Seaweed and Butter, Sea Sisters, 110g

Hake is a succulent white fish that has been perfectly preserved with butter and the subtly saltiness of dulse seaweed. This Conserva is best served warm, and therefore Sea Sisters strongly recommend placing the unopened can into freshly boiled water and waiting for a few minutes before enjoying on sourdough toast.

All their Conservas are hand made in small batches & lovingly packed in Dorset.

This hake is harvested from the certified hake fishery in Cornwall, England. The certification it has gained means it is well managed and sustainable. 

Ingredients: hake fish (70%), butter milk (25%), lemon seaweed.
