This Châteauneuf-du-Pape was crafted by Elodie Jaume, a young winemaker who, for the past 8 years, has been responsible for making all the wines at her family`s estate, Domaine des Chanssaud. Starting from 2023, she has rebranded the entire estate as `Domaine Elodie Jaume,` solidifying her unique ideas and winemaking style. This blend, primarily composed of Grenache with a touch of Mourvèdre and Syrah, undergoes a gentle extraction process, resulting in a wine that is surprisingly lighter yet undeniably powerful. It presents black fruits intertwined with hints of sweet spice and layers of herbal notes. A pure expression of this appellation.
