Beaujolais deliciousness from 7th generation vinegrowers and family estate Domaine Builliat. "Bibine" refers to an easy drinking wine calling for conviviality, and that's exactly what this is: bright, light-bodied, and full of with lively cherry and raspberry, as well as hints of herby florality and anise on the finish. Tannins are light here.

Run by father and son Noël and Loïc Bulliat, Domaine Builliat comprises 8 different appellations within the Beaujolais region. The grapes are cultivated organically and a minimal intervention approach is employed both in and out of the vineyard.
