Tempranillo from a desert region in Northern Spain. Medium bodied, great aromatic, black fruits and spice, very fresh. A wine made in concrete, and hence complex not due to oak aging or other vessels that impart flavour, but purely based on the quality of the raw material. A wine that always punches above its weight.
Made by Maria, Dani, and Fernando, a dynamic trio who slowly converted an abandoned cooperative building in their village of Carcastillo to a fully operational winery. A huge commitment to biodiversity in the vines leads to wines of pronounced purity.
