Still Red Wine; Organic, Biodynamic, Minimal Intervention winemaking.

Grapes: 80% Shiraz, 20% Mataro.

Nose: Ripe Raspberry, black plum, blackberries and bright cherry.

Palate: Blackberry, blackberry, red fruit and graphite. 

This outstanding Shiraz/Mataro is lively, fresh and a lighter style of Shiraz owing to the cooler climate of the Clare Valley (famed for Rieslings and Pinot Gris) The dynamic minimal intervention wine making techniques here lead to a wine that truely represents its roots. In fact, the winemakers admit that their most expensive piece of kit is their coffee machine! Adelina is also notorious for its gorgeous labels that beautifully represent the wines inside the bottle.
