A young label, Balmy Nights seems to grow exponentially year on year. Sommelier come winemaker Dan Simmons is constantly refining his style, and amping up the fun level.

His Fizz showcases his growth, taking Picpoul fruit from NSW, Australia and turning it into a fresh, contemporary, natural bottle of bubbly stuff. Citrus to the max, some lovely floral notes, and a subtle sweet character that is balanced out by the fresh zing of acidity.

Dan is really focussed on producing pure wines that are unadulterated. Produced in pretty tiny quantities, this is something you’ll want to get a hold of before it’s gone.
