14 Day Returns

If you decide you don't want any non-perishable items in your order you can return them to us within 14 days and we will either exchange or refund the item. Items must be returned in saleable condition. You will be responsible for the cost of return for non-faulty items. Grocery items are exempt from being returned.

Damaged Products

We are very careful to ensure our deliveries arrive safely, however, if you do receive any items that are damaged or faulty then please contact us within 14 days of receipt and we will arrange an exchange or refund.

Returns can be made at our Columbia Road store with proof of purchase, or can be sent to:

Please include your order number when returning items by post. Once we have received the items, please allow 10 working days for your refund to be processed. Hackney Essentials will issue a refund to the card or payment method you used to place the original order. Hackney Essentials will send you a confirmation email to let you know when the refund takes place.
