Conditions in 2025 have been just right for the olives at Masseria Borzone. Plenty of rain through spring and hot summer conditions without extreme heat. The temperature dropped in September which allowed the olives to develop slowly to optimal ripeness.
The oil from this harvest is a beautiful regional oil that has great structure. In other words, all three sensations are present - fruitiness, bitterness, and pungency and they are in balance.
Trulli Ulivi’s 2025 evoo is really aromatic, fruity, picante with pepper spice.
