History tells us that the first 50 restaurant customers of Brussels Ketjep were able to vote for the best recipe, based on three test samples. This mayonnaise has the ideal proportions of oil, mustard and eggs, making it one of the best in the country.

Ingredients: Rapeseed oil, egg yolks, water, vinegar, mustard (water, mustard seeds, salt, vinegar, turmeric), sugar, salt, antioxidant: rosemary extract.
