Made with care at Northern Pasta Co.’s small but mighty Pasta HQ in Cumbria, they use bronze-dies to extrude each shape for its signature texture and slow-dry at low temperatures to enhance the pasta’s naturally nutty flavour and preserve the quality of their regeneratively grown ingredients.
