100% cold pressed, ultra premium, extra virgin olive oil from Manfredonia, Puglia. Lovingly hand picked olives from the De Filippo farm. Small batch produced, until the next harvest.
This blend of Leccino and Coratina olives creates a punchy complex of peppery, fruity and green notes, with a buttery mouth feel. Leccino brings softness and fruit, Coratina adds spice and structure. With an ultra low acidity of 0.16% this oil scored incredibly in antioxidant activity.
Bold, clean, and persistent, with a satisfying kick at the back of the throat.
