Our hake is harvested from the certified hake fishery in Cornwall, England. The certification it has gained means it is well managed and sustainable. 

Ingredients: Cuttlefish molluscs (54%), extra virgin olive oil, basil, onions, red pepper, capers, pine nuts, white wine vinegar sulphites, salt.
