Our expert baker uses a 40 year old mother yeast, fresh organic free range eggs, local acacia honey and rich, artisan marrons glacés in a recipe that embraces natural, traditional methods and avoids any industrial baking agents or emulsifiers. The large, luxuriously soft candied marrons give a warm, delicious chestnut fragrance and taste to the dough, which is baked into a moist yet light and fluffy cake.
