Seggiano White Almond Torrone is a traditional take on Italian torrone, made with toasted almonds, whipped egg whites, slow-melted honey, and a touch of crisp waffle.

Handcrafted in the hilltop town of Giarratana, Sicily, by fourth-generation artisan Mario Trapani, this soft nougat balances rich nut flavour with subtle, floral sweetness. It’s slow-cooked in a 19th-century stone test and hand-cut to preserve its light, airy texture.

Naturally gluten-free and made without shortcuts, it’s a classic expression of torrone that’s simple, balanced, and made with care.
