Sustainability isn't a goal for Riza, it's a given. All of their products are crafted in small-batches, by local families, using traditional harvesting practices. None of their products have any additives, chemicals or preservatives and none of their products are genetically modified or raised in simulated environments. They have no production quotas and only harvest what is naturally available.
Riza's Wholegrain Tahini is produced in traditional stone mills on the Island of Lemnos by Nikos and his family, the third generation operating these stone mills. Their Tahini is produced using local sesame seeds, using ancient grinding and extraction methods, handed down through generations.
This superfood contains many nutrients, including proteins, fibers, copper, selenium, phosphorus and is free of any additives.
