Little Ceramic Jar with Charcoal Sea Salt, Halen Môn, 15g

In Japan, charcoal is thought to improve digestive health. Halen Môn have blended charcoal with their Pure Sea Salt to make a beautifully dark seasoning which adds colour and contrast to special dishes. Please note the charcoal has no noticeable effect on the flavour.

Each jar is 6cm high and comes with a wooden spoon.

This flavour currently comes in a white jar, though occasionally colours may vary.
