The Beast, Fiano / Vermentino, 12% ABV, 2021

Skin contact (amber, orange) wine. Made in an ancient way where the skins are left in contact with the fermenting juice to add texture, richness and flavour to the resulting wine – Unfiltered and unfined so may look cloudy in the glass.

Textural, lime, stone fruits and a hint of pineapple with a long lingering finish.

Vegan – Minimal Intervention
