Porco Diavolo Calabrese Hot Sauce (Stuzzi Collab)

Porco Diavolo ("devil pig") is a Calabrese style hot sauce with freshly imported Calabrian chillis, balsamic vinegar and red wine vinegar with tropea onions, slow roasted tomatoes, red peppers, sun dried tomatoes spices and star anise. This sauce is a traditional take on a Calabrian hot sauce, medium spiced with a big hit of liquorice. Sealed with gold wax, this sauce is an exceptional showcase of everything from southern Italy .
