Cuvée: Globulles Roses
Grapes/Blend: 70% Cabernet Franc, 30% Grolleau
Winemaking: Manual harvest. Picked in early September to retain freshness, pressed slowly over 6 hours and blended together before fermentation in fibreglass. Bottled 3 weeks into the ferment with 20g/l residual sugar, the wine was rich in yeasts this year and proved tricky to disgorge fully. 2020 then is lightly cloudy, a little deeper in colour and in our opinion all the better for it.
