Now you can too. \n\nPer person: one tsp chair mix, 250ml (1 mug) water, 1 black teabag (Assam or any builder's tea).\n\nMethod: Add chai mix to a pan, pour over cold water and bring to a boil. Simmer for 10-15 mins for proper extraction. Add teabag(s), simmer for 2-3 mins. Pour plant milk into a mug and strain the chai over. For dairy, add the milk to your pan and heat before straining.
