This Roaster of a wee sauce is a fabulous marriage between Hoots and Baths finest coffee roasters. Roundhill Roastery fermented Thai chillis for 150 days in cold brew coffee. After this they painstakingly made 10 litres of espresso from sexy specialty sourced Ethiopian coffee beans. They added modenas finest balsamic vinegar and a ton of dairy. Did we mention local cherries? This sauce is a coffee in a bottle. Hootscale 2.5 got a kick but really allows the coffee to shine through. Great sauce for the hot headed coffee addict. Italy would be proud of our wee hooticino.
Flavour profile - coffee lusciously enrobed with balsamic vinegar and Somerset dairy. Really deep interesting flavours.
