Bright & beautiful, bags of fleshy white fruit with a lick of citrusy salinity. A brief 3 day cold maceration to lends a little grip and aromatic complexity.
Cuvée: Coume de Maliès
Grapes/Blend: Grenache Blanc 45%, Grenache Gris 45%, plus Carignan Blanc, Carignan Gris, Vermentino, Blanqutte, (10%)
Winemaking: Manual harvest, a 3 day cold maceration before pressing directly, fermented in stainless steel and aged in concrete tank. Unfined & unfiltered.
Sulphur: 15mg/l sulphur added at bottling.
Soil: Schist and Clay Limestone
