A fresh skin contact white, grown in the largest desert in Europe. After spending 10 days in open vats with their skins, the grapes finish fermenting in Spanish amphora for 6 months. This wine has complex fruity aromas, a bright body with a notable taste of apple skins and a tannic, dry finish. It changes quite a bit over time, so don't expect to have the same wine you started with if it lasts more than a day. Organic, Vegan and Unfiltered.
